Note Pls The way I illustrated the steps below may be quite different from what youll see on your phone. I am using the common Nokia s40 java phone for my explanation.
Just try as much as possible to create a new web settings on any phone you use and apply the trick.

In your phones configuration settings,
Go to Personal Configuration settings> Add New: web

Proxy or IP= 82.145.209.253
Port= 80
In your Opera Mini handler:
Custom Http
Server= http://www.google.com.ng/
Socket= leave blank
Host= leave blank

Save yourself the troubles of entering the above in your phone,
just Download the Etisalat Prov file to your phone Here. Then send it to a china phone and send it back to your phone and save it.
